Application Systems Analyst, Information Technology Services

Position Reports to: 
Assistant Director of IT Infrastructure

Employment Status: 
Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field required; or equivalent field experience.  3-5 years proven experience in driving application effectiveness and user adoption, preferable in non-profit environments.  Ability to work and communicate technical concepts clearly to peers and management.  Excellent communication skills.  Intermediate to expert experience with cloud applications including, but not limited to, Office 365, Exchange Online, OneDrive and SharePoint.  Active Directory and Group Policy experience.   PowerShell scripting experience a plus.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Application Systems Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a keen sense for industry trends and emerging technologies that drive operational and user efficiency. 
  • Identify, maximize, optimize and manage Office 365 opportunities to drive institution adoption of the entire Office 365 suite.
  • Implement best practices and procedures for current and future application engagements.
  • Manage the SharePoint Online collaboration and content management platform.
  • Develop, configure and support SharePoint sites.
  • Experience with Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AzureAD).
  • Support, improve and development processes, technical solution documentation and training materials.
  • Act as hands-on technical resource for The Franklin Institutes manages service provider (MSP).
  • Project and tasks as assigned by the Assistant Director of IT Infrastructure.
