The ideal candidate will have superior customer service and communication skills as well as experience as a cashier. If you have customer service experience in an attraction venue and/or are proficient with the Gateway ticketing system – that is a plus!
The Exhibition Representative’s primary responsibility will be to sell tickets to our guests visiting the museum and assist them with their Exhibition experience. Team members will provide excellent customer service and help guests plan their day visiting The Franklin Institute. You will suggest activities and experiences that work best for the guest while they visit.
This position is temporary, scheduled to end on November 30, 2021. Availability to work Wednesday-Sunday is required.
