Greeter I

Unscheduled Part-Time. 15-19 hours per week. Schedule will vary; weekends, some evening, and holidays will be required.

Excellent interpersonal skills; outgoing and friendly demeanor; one to two years of customer service experience. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and stand for long periods of time. Experience in an attraction venue is a plus.

The Greeter's primary responsibility will be to ensure that our guests visiting the Museum are provided with information, directions and activities occurring in the museum. Greeters also assist school groups with their lunch/coat storage and scans event tickets. Team members will provide excellent customer service and assist with our guests as they plan their day visiting The Franklin Institute.
