Guest Services Supervisor

EMPLOYMENT STATUS    
Full time, Thursday through Monday, holiday and occasional extended hours, or as business needs dictate. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS    
Three years of customer service in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. First Aid, CPR and AED certification required, or willing to become certified. High School Diploma or GED required. 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES    
The Guest Services Supervisor ensures that the group check-in process is run in a smooth and efficient manner that staff are directed to exhibit halls as business pressure dictates. This position supervises Guest Services floor staff and coordinates with the Operations team for evening events. The Guest Services Supervisor will assist with first aid issues, provide relief for staff, assist with lost children, resolve customer issues as well as help to maintain department equipment/supplies. The supervisor must ensure that all guest receives excellent customer service while responding to guests needs. May be walking or standing for 90% of the day.
