Greeter I

Join the Guest Services Team at The Franklin Institute - Pennsylvania’s most visited museum. We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic and FUN people to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will have Superior customer service and communication skills. If you have customer service experience in an attraction venue– that is a plus! 

The Greeter’s primary responsibility is to be proactive in greeting guests with a warm welcome, interacting, and engaging them throughout their visit. Greeters provide guests with information and directions to activities in the museum. Greeters assist students on field trips with lunch and coat storage, and scans tickets at the theater entrances.  

Hours will vary, but mostly weekends and some evening work will be required. Schedules will mostly be 15-20 hours per week.
