Introducing a build-and-play zone designed with tiny tots in mind. In this new temporary gallery, families can tinker and create using oversized mega building blocks and foam Imagination Playground blocks of all shapes and sizes. Featuring five play mat stations, each open to families with toddlers on a first-come, first-served basis—one family per mat. Relax and recharge as you exercise your child's imagination.
Creation Station is located on the 3rd Floor in Pepper Hall adjacent to the Pendulum Staircase. Included with general museum admission. Limited hours: Wednesday – Sunday 10 am-4 pm.
New! Storytime in Creation Station!
Join Franklin Institute educators for a weekly story time in Creation Station and learn how to ask questions and make observations like a scientist. Story time books include Blackout, by John Rocco and Balancing Act, by Ellen Stoll Wash. Story time is designed for children ages 0-5.
