With a game show feel, live from their home kitchens, our science presenters offer up some of the newest “trends” in synthetic biology-based foods—from vanilla flavoring made with yeast to meat grown in a lab. Learn why some of these foods you would consider eating, while others are a hard pass, in a card game guaranteed to stir up some tasty conversation.
