The Franklin Institute invites you to the exclusive preview party event for Marvel: Universe of Super Heroes, our newest and most highly anticipated special exhibit!
Walk the red carpet, pose with Black Panther, take selfies with Spider-Man, and hear from the creative talent at Marvel Comics in a dynamic panel celebrating 80 years of Marvel. Preview the exhibit before the public, and see the Marvel Universe come to life through 300 original artifacts, including some of Marvel’s most iconic costumes, props, and original art.
Experience a full evening of entertainment both before and after your timed ticket entry to Marvel: Universe of Super Heroes.
The event runs from 6pm-10pm, the party breakdown is below:
Character photo ops and red carpet experience beginning at 6pm, throughout the evening.
Marvel Comics panel talk at 7pm, and again at 8:30pm (same panel lineup and topic)
Live aerial performances at 6:30pm, 7:30pm and 9:45pm
Music by DJ Reddz; plus food, beer/wine, and specialty cocktails for purchase all evening
Exhibit entry times: 6pm, 7:30pm, 9pm
Admission includes all of the above, just choose a specific exhibit entry time upon purchase, and plan the rest of your preview party experience accordingly!

Marvel Panel: Celebrating 80 Years: The Evolution of the Marvel Universe
7 PM and again at 8:30 PM
Marvel’s Chief Creative Officer Joe Quesada and Editor-in-Chief C.B. Cebulski join the stage with writers/editors Annie Nocenti (“Daredevil,” “Typhoid Mary,” “Spider-Man”) and Danny Fingeroth (“Spider-Man,” “Iron Man,” “ the Avengers”), to share their experiences navigating the unprecedented vast creative landscape and content factory that is Marvel Comics. Hear what it’s like to create stories for some of Marvel’s most iconic heroes, their reflections on the impact of Marvel over the past eight decades, and a sneak-peek at what’s next for Marvel’s characters.
Meet Marvel Comics’ biggest story-crafters, past and present, and their role in the expansive Marvel Universe in an exclusive premiere party event for Marvel: Universe of Super Heroesat The Franklin Institute. Moderatedby Ben Saunders, chief exhibit curator of Marvel: Universe of Super Heroes.
