Escape Room Supervisor

EMPLOYMENT STATUS
Unscheduled part time, 19 hours per week. Required to work the majority of closing shifts, including weekends and holidays. Shifts will extend into the late evening.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma. At least 3 years of Guest Service and cash handling experience in high volume attraction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Training, team building and staff coaching experience.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Escape Room Supervisor is responsible for all tasks associate with the general operations of the Escape Rooms. This position will provide strict oversight of the front and back of house operations of the Escape Rooms, including ticket sales and game tech support. The supervisor will also assist the Floor Managers with evening operations and customer service.
