What is Ultrasound? How Does it Work?

You will find out that an ultrasound is a tool used by doctors to help see inside our bodies. It uses sound waves that pass through different parts of your body at different speeds then bounces back into the machine to show a picture. Dark areas are fluid or air and lighter areas are bones or muscles.
