How do I purchase a gift certificate?
Gift certificates can be purchased online or over the phone at 215-448-1200, with no additional fees.
How will you send my gift certificate?
When you complete your order, your gift certificate will be sent to your email to print or email to your giftee.
Can I have the gift certificate sent directly to the giftee?
Not at this time; however, you can send the certificate to the giftee via email.
What can gift certificates be used for?
Gift certificates can be purchased in various incremements and can be applied to general museum tickets, special exhibit tickets, or a yearlong membership. Gift certificates are not valid for parking or for purchases made in the Sci-Store and Food Café.
How can gift certificates be redeemed?
Gift certificates are redeemable onsite or by phone.
Do the gift certificates ever expire?
Franklin Institute gift certificates do not expire!
This gift certificate can be used onsite, or by phone, to purchase tickets or membership to The Franklin Institute. This certificate cannot be redeemed for cash and is not valid on parking, food/vending, or purchases at the gift shop. Any remaining balance on the certificate can be used again. The Franklin Institute is not responsible for replacing any lost, stolen, or damaged certificate. Use of this certificate constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
