Saturday, March 14, 2015 - 9:15am to 4:00pm
Come join the Franklin Institute as we celebrate Pi Day on Saturday, March 14th (3.14.15). We’ll be measuring, reciting, launching and eating pi/pie. Help us celebrate the most popular mathematical constant!
In celebration of Pi Day this year, the Franklin Institute will be opening its doors 4 minutes early. Why, you ask? Well, the first 8 digits of the number pi happen to be 3.1415926, so on 3-14-15 the museum will open at 9:26 am. Anyone present when the doors open will be entered into a raffle for a free family membership for one year.Read More
