Sales and Service Representative I

Unscheduled Part-Time. 15-20 hours per week. Schedule will vary, weekends, some evening, and holidays will be required. 

The ideal candidate will have superior customer service and communication skills as well as experience as a cashier. Customer service experience in an attraction venue and/or proficiency with the Gateway ticketing system is a plus. Ability to stand for long periods of time. 

The Sales and Service Representative’s primary responsibility will be to sell tickets to our guests visiting the Museum.  Team members will provide excellent customer service and assist with Guests as they plan their day visiting The Franklin Institute, and will suggest activities and experiences that work best for the guest while they visit.
