Sales and Service Representative II - Part Time

Unscheduled Part-Time. 5-19 hours per week. Schedule will vary, but mostly weekends, some evening, and holidays a must.   

Superior customer service and communication skills required. Proficiency with the Gateway ticketing system. Customer service experience in an attraction venue. Excellent cash handling skills. Ability to work unsupervised in the Membership and Group Sales box offices. High School diploma or GED required. 

Provide excellent customer service. Operate ticketing system to process visitor transactions – specifically Member and Group Sales transactions. Ability to adjust group sales records, including group total and schedules. Proficient with the Galaxy Membership platform. Handle cash and other forms of payment in a secure, orderly and efficient manner. Assist guests with developing a plan for their day’s activities, which may include timed ticketed experiences. Balance daily drawer total to within acceptable variance level. Attend all museum orientation and training programs.
