Join the Admissions Team at The Franklin Institute - Pennsylvania’s most visited museum. We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic and FUN people to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have Superior customer service and communication skills as well as experience as a cashier. If you have customer service experience in an attraction venue and/or are proficient with the Gateway ticketing system – that is a plus! 

The Sales and Service Representative’s primary responsibility will be to sell tickets to our guests visiting the Museum.  Team members will provide excellent customer service and assist with Guests as they plan their day visiting The Franklin Institute.  You will suggest activities and experiences that work best for the guest while they visit.   

Hours will vary, but mostly weekends and some evening work will be required.  Schedules will mostly be 15-20 hours per week.
