Wilbur Wright writes to Octave Chanute - May 13, 1900
The History: This was the first correspondence between the Wrights and Octave Chanute. The letter is import from several different perspectives:
- Establishing the relationship between the Wrights and Chanute;
- The presentation of the Wright's experimental test plan;
- The belief no financial gain would be obtained from developing a flying mac hine.
