Biographical Information

Harold J. Kushner has contributed to many areas of stochastic systems theory and applications, and has developed the main current numerical methods for stochastic control problems in continuous time.

Dr. Kushner is a fellow of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) and has won the IEEE Field Award in Control Systems, in addition to the Louis E. Levy medal from The Franklin Institute.
