Fred Frick Electric Program Clock Frederick (Fred) Frick of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, was granted two U.S.Patent for his Electric Program Clock in 1895. One of his clocks is currently housed in a staff member's office at the Franklin Institute Science Museum in Philadelphia.
