Prices For Double Booking
(with
another school)
How does it work?
If you have another school in your area then with a little work you can team up to have your shows on the same day and SAVE $$$.
The schools in question must be in the same area. That means for urban areas (such as Northern NJ, or Long Island) they must be in the same townships. Call 215/448-1110 if there are any questions. When you double book, you must make arrangements with the other school. Prices for both schools are lower (depending on location) and the mileage fee is split by both schools. Double bookings are NOT permitted during the discount period.
How much can you save by double booking? It depends on the county your school is in. We break this up into three zones.
Schools in zones 1 and 2 must be booked on the same day. Prices listed are what both schools pay.
ZONE 1: 1 performance: $325. Each additional performance: $50. A savings of $100 plus 1/2 mileage fee!
ZONE 1 counties:
PENNSYLVANIA: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Philadelphia.
NEW JERSEY: Burlington, Camden, Glouster, Hunterdon, Mercer, Salem.
DELAWARE: New Castle.
MARYLAND: Cecil.
ZONE 2: 1 performance: $350. Each additional performance: $50. A savings of $75 plus 1/2 mileage fee!
ZONE 2 Counties:
PENNSYLVANIA: Berks, Carbon, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Monroe, Northhampton, Schuylkill.
NEW JERSEY: Atlantic, Bergen, Cape May, Cumberland, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, Warren.
DELAWARE: Kent, Sussex.
MARYLAND: Harford, Kent.
NEW YORK: Kings (Brooklyn), Staten Island.
ZONE 3: Schools in Zone 3 MUST be booked school 1 in the AFTERNOON of day 1, and school 2 in the MORNING of day 2.
ZONE 3: 1 performance: $425. Each additional performance: $50. Savings of 1/2 the mileage fee (a $60 - $80 value).
ZONE 3 Counties:
PENNSYLVANIA: Adams, Columbia, Cumberland, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Montour, Wyoming, York.
NEW YORK: Bronx, Manhattan, Nassau, Orange, Queens, Rockland, Westchester, Suffolk.
MARYLAND: Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Caroline, Carroll, Frederick, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George's, Queen Anne's, Talbot.
VIRGINIA: Fairfax.
CONNECTICUT: Fairfield.
