Checkpoint Requirements

By November 22, 2000, each participating site is expected to have published at least one webpage which announces participation in the International Public Science Day 2001 program and "The Unisys Prize for Online Science Education" competition. The webpage must display the program credit statement and the program logo. For instructions on how to capture and display those images, see http://www.fi.edu/psd2001/credit.html

On November 22, 2000, staff from The Franklin Institute will survey the participating science center websites to assess the fulfillment of this program requirement. The absence of this requirement may be interpreted as a non-competitive position. Only websites that meet this requirement will remain in competition for the prize.

On November 22, 2000, or at any time prior, you should send the webpage address to kelinich@fi.edu so that the page can be linked from the main International Public Science Day 2001 information area.
