Landforms - Cause & Effect

Cause & Effect
The Landforms Unit lends itself well to connections with Literacy. My students read articles on volcanoes and earthquakes throughout history, firsthand accounts of such events, and informational articles on why the Earth moves and quakes.

Cause and Effect diagrams became a very effective way to diagram our discoveries about the earth. Take a look at some of the diagrams we completed after reading articles from Earthquake Games.
