As I exaimed the bills I noticed that each month's charge for water had grown larger than the month before. In fact even though the number of hotel guests had gone down, the amount of water used had gone up.

This definitely was a mystery to be solved so that water could be conserved. So after saying good bye to the mayor I was off to visit the hotel.
