When I
arrived at Mayor Des Parrott's office he was busy shuffling
through a stack of papers.
He looked up and
said, "Hello there Miss Con Serve. I have heard a lot
about what you did to help your classmates and school cut
down on the amount of water being used. I think our town's
hotel has a big water wasting problem. Please take a look
at these water bills and see what you think we can do to help."
