BEST TIP: Pay in full two weeks before the date of your visit and have your tickets mailed! This saves valuable time and allows you to skip Check In and go straight to the exhibits!
The Franklin Institute accepts Cash, Credit Card, Check or Money Order. Only one check per group accepted; checks must be made payable to The Franklin Institute.
General Admission groups must pay a minimum of a 25% deposit two weeks prior to the date of visit, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.
Special Exhibit groups must pay in full two weeks prior to the date of visit.
All payments are non-refundable. Visits that are cancelled after payment is received will receive a credit for a future group visit.
