A contribution to the Annual Fund positively impacts daily museum functions and helps enhance visitor experiences. Not only do Annual Fund gifts help underwrite the most basic behind-the-scenes necessities such as general building maintenance and staffing availability, they also affect visitors, providing the chance to interact with museum staff, navigate a well-kept building, and enjoy the most interactive and exceptional exhibits in the region. Contributions to The Franklin Institute's Annual Fund help provide memorable educational experiences to families and schoolchildren.

Tribute and Memorial Gifts:
A donation to the Annual Fund is also an excellent way to honor or memorialize friends, family, and business associates while supporting The Franklin Institute's mission. Your contribution is 100% tax deductible and will be acknowledged with a personalized letter sent to the honored individual/family. Your kind gesture will also be recognized in The Franklin Institute's Annual Report, unless you choose to remain anonymous. If you wish for your gift to be applied to an area of support other than the Annual Fund, please contact Andria Ayer, Assistant Director of Annual Giving.

Matching Gifts:
In an effort to encourage charitable giving, many companies choose to match employee donations. If your organization offers this benefit, your gift to the Annual Fund may be doubled or even tripled. Please ask your company's Human Resources department about matching gifts.

If your company does not have an online matching gift system, forms should be mailed to: The Franklin Institute, Development Department, 222 North 20th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
