Find an empty plastic bottle. Using scissors, cut a strip from it, about 2 cm 10 cm. |
| Make a small hole at the midpoint of the strip. Poke a pencil through
the hole.
Shape the plastic by giving it a bit of a twist. |

Hold the pencil between your two hands, and spin it round. Release it when it is spinning quickly. |
