I have the honour to inform you that Capt. J.W. Alcock, D.S.C. and Lt. A.W. Brown left St. John's, Newfoundland, to-day in Vickers Vimy bi-plane (engine Nos. 8E5246, and 8E5244) on a flight to England.

Two seals, inscribed "H.M. Customs, Newfoundland - In Bond", are affixed to the V-Strutt on the port side of the nacelle.
