The Wright Brothers kept very precise measurements in their notebook. When they were testing in the wind tunnel, they ordered everyone out of the workshop and the experimenter stood perfectly still so that the tests would be controlled.

Notice the French wording on the cover. The interior pages, of course, are filled mostly with the universal language: mathematics.

Don't judge a book by its cover. This notebook's cover, published in French, opens to reveal page after page of scientific notations.
