Step #1

  1. The teacher ahead of time took vintage aircraft postcards, laminated them and cut them into puzzle pieces.

  2. As the students entered the room they selected a puzzle piece from a bag and then they had to find the other matching pieces. Once they found the other pieces they were in a group of four.

  3. Each group decided on a name for their company, then came up with individual assignments; such as a recorder, maintenance person, material person, and decision maker (This person had the final say when an argument came up).
