DISCOVERY CAMP AT VALLEY FORGE
Grades 3 - 8
Located in King of Prussia, PA. Campers must be picked up and dropped off at the Park.
The Franklin Institute is bringing our signature brand of hands-on science learning beyond the walls of the Museum, to Valley Forge National Historical Park!
Campers will learn about science and history while exploring the lush environment of the Park and enjoying the wide range of natural and cultural resources the park has to offer. A majority of the camp time will be spent outdoors, learning about ecosystems, natural resources, weather, and the history of the park itself, as well as the science behind historical battles, the lives of Revolutionary War soldiers and more!
August 5 - 9
August 12 - 16
Come for one week or both and find science in places you least expect!
Become a Junior Ranger!
Campers will earn a special Junior Ranger badge by uncovering the science and stories of the Park's history and environment that are found in the surrounding buildings, monuments, forests, and meadows.
