CASE Activities

| In July 2005, CASE was awarded the "Partnership and Collaborator Award" by The LEAP Academy University Charter School Parent Council. This award was in appreciation of CASE's commitment and dedication to the education of the children and families of the LEAP Academy University Charter School.

CASE has presented over 80 Ambassador and Museum workshops to over 1500 people in its first year alone.
Ambassadors were trained by museum educators to conduct hands-on science activities, including theory, techniques, and applications of inquiry learning.

| Community Partner organizations around the Philadelphia/Camden area presented over 70 hands-on workshops to families.

Museums also held workshops for CASE families. CareerQuest, at The Franklin Institute, gave all families involved in CASE an opportunity to explore possible science career options.
Three additional CareerQuests are planned, one at each of the other participating museums.

| Ambassadors ended the year with a Graduation Ceremony and Party held at the Philadelphia Zoo. Ambassadors received acknowledgement for their hard work throughout the year.
